PAYMENT:

👉We prefer to take payment after the client's full approval of the finished piece

REFERENCES:

👉Please, keep the description of the character/their story as short and informative as possible!

 

👉Judge by yourself if the character is a good fit for us to draw/gonna look good in our style

​

👉What should be included in your request: picture of your character (or their face claim/description of the appearance, if you don’t have any drawings of them), you may also include any preferable pose (not necessarily to be image, you may just describe it), preferable background (description may be simple, like “winter forest”), preferable outfit (if you have).

👉You may send the references/descriptions via email (please don’t forget to include your nickname in the message), in private message or any cloud or drive

ADDITIONAL INFO:

👉We reserve the right to reject any commission we don’t feel comfortable with. (we rarely do so, but letting you know just in case!)

👉If we feel that the client is being abusive towards us, we can decline the commission and block them without explanation.

​

👉 We prefer to pay more attention to quality rather than speed, so completion time varies from 1 week to 1 month or more and depends on our current queue, which tends to be quite long. But we can work with tighter deadlines - just please inform us beforehand!

👉We can also do things not listed in our portfolio, such as concept art, stickers, bookmarks, comic pages, tattoo designs, etc. in this case, the price will be negotiable, and will depend on the complexity of the work.

👉Usually we send the WIP shots for complex pieces, like character design or illustration, but if you like to see the WIP for a simpler piece - just let us know!

👉You can post and use your commission as you please, however we would like to be credited

​

👉We may use your commission for online portfolio purposes, unless otherwise specified

​

👉Please keep in mind that English isn't our first language!
